Dr Seemin Ahmed graduated from Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh, in 2008. After completing her internship, she gained experience working in various hospitals and general practice centres in Bangladesh before moving to Australia in 2012.

In Australia, Dr Ahmed has worked in general practice and aged care facilities across Victoria and New South Wales, helping her to develop and refine her core skills.

She has a special interest in mental health, women’s health, occupational health, children’s health, and geriatric health. Dr Ahmed is particularly passionate about improving the wellbeing of underprivileged communities.

Outside of work, she enjoys music, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
